To ensure the efficient and orderly conduct of the production and operation activities in the apple orchards of Zhaotong Transcendence Agriculture Co., Ltd., we are now publicly recruiting contractors for orchard labor services from the society. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
The orchard of Zhaotong Transcendence Agriculture Co., Ltd. is located in Xinmin Community of Yongfeng Town, Buga Village, Hualuping Village, Yingshui Village of Buga Township and Shuijingwan Community of Shouwang Township, etc. The orchard adopts the "dwarf rootstock and high density planting" mode and mainly plants apples. Now it is planned to contract out the labor service work in the orchard as a whole, including but not limited to the planting, pruning, grafting, branch pulling, fruit thinning, fertilization, pest control, picking, unfolding and retracting the hail prevention net and the daily production and maintenance of the orchard.

Undertake labor activities within the designated regional plots and organize personnel to provide labor services.

The area of labor contracting shall be not less than 500 mu.
The contract period for this engagement is one year. After the contract expires, if both parties are interested in continuing the cooperation, they can negotiate the renewal of the contract within two months before the expiration of the contract.

Settlement and payment of fees shall be made based on the work billing standards of various job categories of the company after acceptance by the acceptance team.

According to the area of the contracted project, a guarantee deposit shall be paid according to the value of the agreed items in the company's labor contracting categories. The payment proportion is 10% of the cost of the contracted content.
V. Qualification Requirements for Contractors

The contractor should have independent legal personality. The business scope of its business license shall include relevant items such as labor services, planting management, agricultural technical services, and horticultural management. This applies to enterprises or cooperatives.

The contractor should have corresponding experience in orchard labor services. Those with successful cases of similar projects in the past year will be given priority.

The contractor should possess a professional labor team and management personnel. Team members should have relevant training experiences or agricultural skill certificates, and be proficient in operating various mechanical equipment required for orchard operations.

The contractor should have a good business reputation and a sound financial and accounting system. It should not be in a state of being ordered to suspend business, having its property taken over, frozen, or being bankrupt. There should be no major illegal records in its previous business activities.
VI. Documents to be Submitted

Certifying documents such as the duplicate of the business license of the enterprise (cooperative), the identity certificate of the legal representative, or the power of attorney of the legal representative.

Develop an orchard labor service plan that meets the requirements, including details on personnel allocation, configuration of agricultural tools and machinery required for production, work plans, technical measures, quality assurance measures, etc.
